Test Complete Crashed while execution is in progress

For Test Complete crash, you can raise support ticket here https://support.smartbear.com/message/?prod=TestComplete

For access violation, try running your Test Complete in Admin rights as you may have try to edit or read the data from a folder which has admin rights.
