I really hope that the software you are testing and that is sold to the customers is of equal complexity and does not make customers to contact your support.
Please don't hesitate to let us know when you find another test automation tool that you will have no problems with.

P.P.S. I hope that Support will post here a short summary of the problem status. I believe that the problem was for TC 9.x as nobody mentioned it for TC 10 yet.
