TC9.1: Access violation at address 178BF51A in module 'tcVBHook.dll'. Read of address 00000000

I get this message when I try to evaluate the .MaxButton property of a form that has no maximize button, since 9.1. TC9.0 or any previous version had no issue. This is a somewhat volatile progress window, so I am guessing the window closed before TestComplete could read all it needed, and it didn't handle it gracefully.
