TC doesn't recognize a new client server app.

Hi - I'm testing 2 client server apps - 1 TestComplete recognizes and 1 TC doesn't. Both are built using C#/.NET. I run the spy over the app. TC doesn't recognize and ....nothing. Doesn't recognize...

I'll contact the support team but how do I "send the application" to them?


If it's possible, you could send the executable (or installation package) of your client-side application to our Support Team so that they could reproduce the behavior you described. For this purpose, you need to contact our Support Team, and they will let you know where to upload your file so that they could receive it.


If reproducing the problem requires connecting to your server, please specify in your request whether it's possible that our employees connect to your server from their computers (for instance, through the Internet).
