TC 9.0: Failure to record script

I periodically try to record a jscript sequence, only to find that TestComplete has record no lines, a couple of lines, and sometimes the entire script correctly.     function Test1()     { ...

This may happen when TestComplete and your tested application are run under another account. Please make sure that they are running under one account.
