TC 10.3 bug or PC too slow?

Today I updated my TC and TE to 10.3 and something new happened: on the PC I use to run tests (a super slow mo dual core) when the Playback option "mouse movement delay" has some value bigger than 0, on some objects, instead of clicking, it does a small drag and fails the click action.



Any Ideas? I had to remove the mouse movement delay in order to proceed with my tests. It's not a major issue, but actually tests used to be better with this delay...

    I started using this recently (TC 10.2).

    In my pc i put the delay at 20ms, but, in order to run the tests with TE on the slow PC I need to put it aroud 5ms, otherwise, the playing of the tests is just annoyingly slow...
