I think, the easiest way to accomplish your task is to add Automated Build Studio in your setup. This is a SmartBear tool that helps you handle the procedure of connecting to the server and uploading needed files to it. After the preparation procedure finishes, the tool may start a TestComplete test. Please visit this page to learn more about the product.
Besides that, if it's possible to create a shared folder on your server where you will copy the file, you can try using TestComplete's Network Suite feature.
