Sometimes can't show FireFox 12.0 objects in the TC8 objects tree

Actually, I tried to reproduce the behavior you described, but failed. Could you please clarify why it's required to use the Window("MozillaDropShadowWindowClass", 2) object in your test? Does your test fail when you launch FireFox from TestComplete?
