Yes. Thats the first thing I have done. But it is not working, extension is disabling automatically since it is not a part of chrome store.
A new patch for Chrome 68 was just recently added to https://support.smartbear.com/downloads/testcomplete/chrome-patches/. Try downloading and applying that.

THANK YOU so much for this link. I have been trying to get this extension back into Chrome for almost two days and I have worked through every article & comment I could find. Even worked through trying to force it within registry via 'gpReg.js'
