Silverlight automation starts without .xap patched in one environment but not another

We are able to run TestComplete scripts on one environment (A) where we do not have access to patch the XAP resources.

But on another environment (B), the scripts are unable to recognize the objects.

It is the same application promoted from (A) to (B).

What are some of the factors that might cause this?

(Note:We also have a 3rd environment (C) where patching is done and

the XAP baks are successfully created)

    Let me rephrase:

In the past we have been able to re-use the same scripts from a QA environment where we are able to patch the Silverlight files and play them back on a Production environment. This has been practiced through many code deployments. The results have been reliable. (*Note: We have not patched production Silverlight  files).

Just recently this same inventory of recorded scripts have stopped working on our latest production version. Recording process have not changed and object proiperties have not changed.
