I am seeing significant size differences in MHT files produced from a windows 8.1 machine vs XP and others. I am choosing the same options when producing these files (include visualizer images). Files produced from 8.1 are >450 mb and files produced elsewhere are around 50 mb. Any idea what might be causing this? Our test repository is bawking at the size and refusing to add it.

Possibly a screen resolution difference if you take a lot of images/have the visualizer enabled?
Good point - I will take a look at that. I have visualizer enabled on playback only. I'm running on a variety of different machines so it could certainly be that the screen resolution is vastly different between them.
Yea, if it's enabled for playback that can add a lot of images to your log.
It was a nice feature in theory, but I ended up disabling the visualizer because of similar issues.
You may also, at some point, want to save your logs as html instead of MHT using Log.SaveResultsAs.
