Hello, I know it is possible to share a file from one project to another by adding a existing item , but is there a way to share the folder structure too? or an entire folder and its content ? ...

As Alex said, it's possible to share only single items. Could you please explain your task in detail? Why do you need to share the entire folder? Maybe, you need to set up the TestComplete project usage in the Shared Mode:
