Screenshot appears blank from headless execution on remote machine
I'm unable to capture screenshot from remote machine which runs the tests headless using TFS and vNext approach or MSBuild approach

Blank screenshot means the RDP session is not in the user interactive session. I would ask you check the settings mentioned in the https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/working-with/integration/jenkins/requirements-and-limitations.html
