Screen Capture not accurate on connected screens to my laptop

Hi all-

I have been creating tests successfully  using my laptop and a docking station. However, since an update to Windows 10, clean install of Windows 10, then a clean install of Windows 8 (different story for a different day...) my visualizer does not appear to be capturing the right areas of my screen. I will attach a photo.

Most of my tests I've created since the described events have worked just fine with a few random exceptions. I am hoping someone can help me update setting or figure out what's up with this before it bites me in a future full suite run.
