Runnig Test Compelte in background in slient mode

I want to run the TestComplete.exe in slient mode
C:\Program Files\SmartBear\TestComplete 9\Bin>TestComplete.exe "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\TestComplete 9 Projects\TestProject1\TestProject1.pjs" /r /slientmode /p:TestProject1 /t:"KeywordTests|Login"
I tried this but I can see the window is pop up of testcomplete and slient.log file is not there ?
plz help
