Resume manual test from testexecutor.
Using testexecute, I have paused my test. But, I cannot figure out how you resume the test using testexecute.

I remember that there was an opposite problem - once paused, the test could not be ran from the beginning without the help of the script. This was lo-ong ago, so it's strange to hear that the problem was 'reversed' after that many years...
