Relative paths after reboot with preceding '/'

Hi,

In our project we are testing desktop applications and windows settings. To run applications, the TestedApps are filled. In many cases with a relative path: "%windir%", "%systemroot%", "%programfiles%" and so on. After saving and restarting the system, a lot of the paths are preceded with a '\' (and the app won't start). See screenshot:

Does anybody have an idea what we could have done wrong, or are we facing a TestComplete bug?
