Oh, I should clarify, I am using SetWindowPos() to set the form as the topmost window on the screen.



Win32API.SetWindowPos(form.Handle, HWND_TOPMOST, 0, 0, 0, 0, SWP_NOMOVE + SWP_NOSIZE);
