TC latest version

Has anyone updated to latest 15.83 version and observe how it is working, I am not able to update it till now.

I'm struggling with the upgrade from Testcomplete version 15.50.3 / 15.81 to 15.83.1.7, it looks fine until you restart it after the upgrade, it fails with aqreporter.dll Exception code: 0xe06d7363. Anyone able to provide a hint how to solve this?

Perform a clean install, and then restart your machine.

    I  did that but no change. I deinstalled and installed. I was able to install and start Testcomplete 15.50, and 15.81 but not 15.82 and not 15.83, both complain about aqReporter.dll. So I worked a while with 15.81 now and gave it another try to upgrade to 15.83, and got this error (probably I got the error last week too, but only during upgrade and not during fresh install, can't remember). 

    Operation: uninstalling license manager failed with error: uninstalling license manager failed to execute with code 589877,

    it provides a repair option but says reboot the computer before the repair (recommended) so I did that too and it rebooted and installed the old version (15.81.1.7) again. Would be happy for any advice.
