Test Complete is crashing after I select created xml checkpoints in the project, and sometimes when running test and the checkpoint.

I took a look at the cases you have created with support, and some of them were "Auto-closed" due to no response. The last comments I see on the case are from the support team requesting for additional information, including the case regarding msxml4.dll.
Is there a possibility that your email is filtering out the responses from the support team?
I will check this.
