If that's possible, please update to the latest TestComplete version - v. 14.70. Highly likely you won't face this issue in the new version.

It looks like updating to the latest build hasn't resolved this annoying problem.
It still slaps the project explorer about 2/3rds of the screen resolution after every scenario or test run.
Anything else that could be tried?

I am experiencing the exact same problem since a long time in testcomplete, and not any update has resolved this issue...
