Problems during playback

Could you please help me, am struggling with test complete from past 4 months, sent so many mails o the support team, but did not get any proper response from your team.
So please help me.

For this problem, i checked Handling playback errors help topic, but it was not that much useful, with that today it is going to work, but tomorrow if am going playback it again, facing the same issue, so please let me know how to handle these type of issues.
