For the PowerPoint (PP) comparison you will need to implement the same approach - use PP object model to get elements that you need and compare them. Use downloaded Excel comparison Script Extension as a sample (this is a zip archive with .tcx extension). More about Script Extensions: http://support.smartbear.com/viewarticle/55349/
