I understand that it's necessary for the PC that is executing the test, to have the GUI active.
My main beef, is how I initiate the test. Consider this scenario please.
On my workstation PC, I have a project that executes several tests on slave PC using the build in function of TestComplete. That's no problem due to the integrated networksuite of TestComplete. I leave my PC at work overnight, and want it to start the test at a predefined time.
Due to my work, I have to lock my PC for security reasons. Are there really no other solutions to starting the test, than to use a 3rd party software, like login.exe, to force a login to my desktop a few minutes before the scheduler starts my test project?
