One or more Threads of TestComplete.exe are waiting to finish network I/O

Hi,



We are executing scripts on remote machines connected through web-ex.

This one particular machine has become very slow.So peeked into the CPU usage it shows 100% usage and when did a "Analyze wait chain" in Task Manager->Performance->Resource Monitor-> Overview.It shows the following :

"One or more Threads of TestComplete.exe are waiting to finish network I/O" and lists the threads.

Wanted to know if these threads are causing over shoot of CPU usage?

If yes then is there a solution for the same.
