OLE error 80040E4D with Firebird database connection

I have my test complete script running for last 2 years   Now with the same code base , it is showing the error with database connection (using firebird database) and using ADO to access database ...

So you are now using Microsoft OLE DB provider for ODBC, and not Firebird ODBC? And it seems your database is now running as a service? Are you still using Firebird database?

    Yes;
    No , I am still using Firebird database
