OLE error 80040E4D with Firebird database connection

I have my test complete script running for last 2 years   Now with the same code base , it is showing the error with database connection (using firebird database) and using ADO to access database ...

If you try a different application that uses ODBC to connect to your Firebird DB, I'm very certain you will get the same error.
