Office 2016 upgrade - TC no longer connects to Excel datafeed

When you upgraded to 2016, you changed the drivers being used for reading the Excel files.  So, what you had been referencing before as a data provider/driver no longer works.

 

Question: Are you using KeywordTests or Script code for accessing the excel data source?

      I'm currently using version 12.31.1833.7

    I access the spreadsheet through Keyword testing. But I use scripting to write to Excel.

      Which part is failing - reading from Excel, writing to Excel, or both?
