To improve the recognition level up to the acceptable level, it is recommended to avoid factors that can lower it - edges smoothing, font smoothing, the multi-color background, etc. For more information, refer to the

If you experience problems with character recognition of black text on the white background, please post a screenshot of the window area where you need to recognize text (in the BMP or PNG format because they are lossless). We could try to adjust the recognition settings to help you achieve a better recognition accuracy.
