Object browser doesn't respond when any window is launched using the command line arguments

I'm unable to close or perform any operation over the application window which in turn is launched with some command line arguments.

Also, when i tried to launch manually till that step and evaluate from TestComplete Object browser does not respond.

If automated then the TC waits infinitely. Tried unexpected window handler mechanism too, but of no use.
