Which password cannot be reset?
Are you talking about the license manager login? (Smartbear ID)
If yes can you try resetting using a different browser?
Let me know if that works

No that didn't work. Why am I not getting an email when I click on Forgot Password?

what browsers have you used...
Can you try Firefox/Edge and chrome?
Is the same happening in incognito//private browsing?
As for why this is happening, its hard to say without seeing the issue.
I know i have seen this where browsers were blocking the request using a pop up blocker.
Use this link for forgetting the password

Alternatively if you raise a support case, here you can specify specific account details and if required support can jump on a call.

This can be escalated also by your SmartBear Rep / Account Manager

I tried Edge and Chrome.
It happens in incognito//private browsing.
Pop blocker doesn't seem to be the problem.
I am using this link https://manage.smartbear.com/ and then clicking on forgot password.
i just don't ever get an email!
I opened a support case and received a response saying they would get back to me soon.
i will update this thread for sure once i have a resolution.
