Not able to launch TestComplet
Hi team,
We are currently facing a problem with one of our user.
The application is installed on a VDI, on Vmware horizon.
It's imposible for her to connect to the application ( using the shortcut 'TestComplete' ), but her coworker are able to connect.
When she try, she get this error " Failed to open the https:login.slm.manage.smartbear.com/auth/app Error message: ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED Error code: -102 "
But in the smartbear console, all seems good. I'm even able to see other connection :
Could someone help us ? thank a lot by advance
