Not sure what version of TestComplete you are using, but try to restore desktop docking via View -> Desktop -> Restore Desktop Docking.

Thanks rraghvani, I am using Version: 14.73.382.7 x64 and tried with restore desktop and still no success.

Might be worth updating to the latest version (TestComplete 14.93), see Version History.
