New ID Based Licensing Questions...

Hi,

If I remember it right, high-level steps are:

-- Talk to your Sales Representative and ask they to create a new ID-based account for you. You will need to provide an e-mail address of the person who will become 'root' admin;

-- After the account is created, this person should login and grant access to proper licenses/modules to relevant people using their e-mails. Some people can be assigned administrative permissions in order not one single admin exists for your account;

-- Assigned people will receive notification e-mail with the request to create their account (actually - create a password for it);

-- After account is created, select Help|Switch to ID-Based Licensing in TC main menu and follow the process.

P.S. If you are using TC/TE in pipelines: with ID-based licenses one person can consume more than one license at a time. So just select someone, get their Access Key and provide this access key to the pipeline (/AccessKey command-line parameter paragraph in https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/working-with/automating/command-line-and-exit-codes/command-line.html#CommandLineArguments)
