Hi,


If a selected object has an alias, the Object Browser panel and the Object Spy panel will display its alias at the top of the panel (see the attached picture).


To know whether the mapped object has an alias, you can use the MappedName property. If the object has an assigned alias, the property will return it, otherwise, it will return the string containing the object's mapped name.
