My colleague uninstalled TestComplete8.0 and want to install again.

Hi,



On My Colleague's machine, we installed TestComplete 8.0. She tried to upgrade it to 8.20. When we clicked on 8.20 install link, it is running some blank screen dos program and closing in a second.

But we didn't see the TestComplete upgraded to 8.20.



Now she uninstalled the TestComplete 8.0, So she doesn't have Test Complete 8.0 on her machine. But the license shows still activated.



We want to know how to deactivate this license and install Test Complete 8.20 again on the machine.





Please help us with this as soon as possible.
