MSAA option is enabled/checked in project properties but when trying to run test script, it is not recognizing the object.
Even when click "Highlight on screen" option that time showing correct object, but at time of running not able to recognize.
Again, another thing that you did not mention.
What's the actual error? Does you application meet the requirements of Supported Technologies and Applications? Was it working before? What version of TC are you using?
We have recorded test case that time MSAA working fine ,now not able to identify the objects. We are using 64 bit Test complete and latest version.
It's difficult to diagnose issues without much content.

Yes it is working ,now throwing following error
1.There was an attempt to perform an action at point (26, 21), which is overlapped by another window
2.The window is overlapped by the 'Test Environment' window.
Even tried to record new test script but not identifying objects showing full instead of each object.
What's the 'Test Environment' window? If you move the window, does it work?
"Test Environment" application window name and it is not working after moving the window.
Are you using your local machine?
No connecting to remote server where Test complete and application installed
How do you connect to the remote server?
By AVD connecting to remote server.
Is the display settings, scaling set to 100%?
Yes.
Why was it working before and not now. What has changed?
We have discussed with Test Complete support team and now they are looking into this issue.
If it was working before, and not now, you should be able to figure out what changes have occurred.
Since you did not mention AVD in your original post, I'm guessing it's your environment that's causing TC from not working properly.
MSAA support not working with local machine as well it is issue with Test Complete so they are looking into this.
