Check if the Microsoft Active Accessibility Support plug-in is installed and enabled in TestComplete. Refer to the "Installing Extensions" article for details.
- jmcpeekContributorSorry to tack on to this one, but we just upgraded from 9.3 to 10.3 and don't have the desktop module (which the linked article specifies is necessary for MSAA). We were using MSAA to interact with the IE's notification bar and at a high level with Adobe Reader. What do we need to change to get MSAA back? Or is there a different/better way to accomplish these things?
