Mozilla browser support
Mozill firefox browser is not getting recognized though the required plug-ins(Firefox Support, Web Testing) are available & enabled in the test complete "extension" dialog.

The plug-ins support the following browsers:
The plug-ins provide access to elements of web pages and the elements’ properties. That is, you can access every P, DIV, IMG, INPUT and many other tags. As for web pages displayed in other browsers (for instance, in Opera or in Netscape Navigator using the Firefox rendering engine), you can test them in black-box mode. In other words, you can simulate keystrokes or mouse clicks by coordinates, but you are unable to address their individual elements.

Microsoft Internet Explorer ver. 5 - 8.
Mozilla Firefox ver. 1.5.0.1 - 3.5.
Any web browser based on the Microsoft WebBrowser control.
Also, limited support is provided for Netscape Navigator ver. 8.1.2 (access to web page elements is available only if Navigator uses the Internet Explorer rendering engine. See Testing Web Pages Shown in Netscape Navigator). Currently, Netscape Navigator 9 is not officially supported.
