Monitor issues with Test Complete
I am accessing Test Complete through a VM machine
I have a big monitor to enable me to see the appliactions in same window with Test complete.
Test Complete version is Version: 12.60.5545.7 x64 ...

It sounds like there is a connection latencey on your VM connection, that the transfer of the mouse movements from your desktop to your VM are delayed in some way.
It was working fine when I had a smaller monitor.
Still could be latency... there's THAT MUCH more visual data to pass back and forth. Not only that, but the VM on the other end may not have a graphics processor to handle that size quite so well. You may be taxing its resource.
