Meet problem with Telerik Control


I am new to TestComplete and now I met some problems with Telerik controls.



My desktop application have 2 combobox and 2 textbox.

Fisrt combobox(Customer) is RadMultiColumnCombo and second combobox(Age) is  RadComboBox.



When I record system with selection value at [Customer] and [Age], TestComplete recognize all object.



But when I playback keyword test, TestComplete cannot recognize value at [Age] and cannot continue playback.

Could anyone share me something about testing applications use Telerik controls?

    Hi Linda,

    To determine the cause of the problem, we need to look into your test, the results of its failed execution and the Name Mapping project item. Thus, the best way to proceed is to send us the entire TestComplete project folder along with its subfolders.
