You can not Bold the Subject of an email (SMTP standard for emails), only the Body (https://community.smartbear.com/t5/TestComplete-Questions/Make-specific-work-on-Python-script-bold/m-p/240505#M104709)
If you try the following, it will not work
Subject = '<html><b>Notification</b></html>'
Body = '<html>Test 1<br><b>Hello Clare, Your application is nice.</b><br>Test 2</html>'
