"Loaded .SWF File Not Prepared for Testing" log warning

I get the following warning after running a web-testing script on TestComplete 8.60:

"TestComplete Diagnostics: Loaded .SWF File Not Prepared for Testing".

I am not testing any Flash application and want to suppress this warning.

Thanks,

Gadi

  • Hi Gadi,

To disable the warnings about unprepared Flash and Flex applications, open the Show Again Flags dialog and clear the Show the 'Application was not prepared properly' message setting.

  • I am testing flash website and I am getting this error. What setting needs to be done? . Please suggest.

  • Hello Parikshit,

Specific steps depend on the approach you are using to test your Flash application (FlashInjector, FlexClient.swc, Runtime Loader). You can find detailed information about all approaches in the "Preparing Flash Applications for Testing - Overview" help topic:
