KeywordTests.tckDT not adding reference to new keyword tests added

Hi Smart Bear support,

I would like to seek for help with the outstanding issue I have at the moment. 

For some reasons, any changes I have with keyword tests like adding new keyword test item or adding an existing one, it appears to be added in the test complete v11 but if I look on the KeywordTests.tckDT file I can't find the node being added. I was sure I did the normal flow which is to check out the file but doesn't seem that the reference file recognize the changes I made. So everytime we open the project workspace, the new keyword tests don't appear because their not in the reference file.

For several days, any changes I have with test complete is being added to the reference keyword test file (KeywordTests.tckDT) but now it does not work for me at all. I tried reinstalling the test complete and still did not work.

Hope you can help me figure this out.
