Keyword Test is not recorded

 When I try to record a test using the record button, nothing happens after I stop. The test remains blank, even though I press various buttons. I`m testing Web.

What version of TestComplete are you using? Have you tried another website such as https://www.w3schools.com/ ? Is this your first time using TestComplete?

    I use Version 15.78.12x64. No, its not my first time. I use it for 4 years.
