Keyword test controls
When I run keyword test, my controls are gone, they are usually at the top of the page so I can pause or stop the test.

Try View | Toolbars | Restore Default Toolbar main menu command.

What controls you are talking about? Can you provide a screenshot?
When I start a key word test, I use to have like a floating dock that would let me Stop or Pause the test that I am doing. When I do a keyword test, I have to click on the test complete icon on the toolbar to get this - in order to stop my test.
