What are the keyboard shortcut to comment code in TestComplete8

    I don't believe there is one by default.  However, if you go to Tools | Customize Keyboard you can create your own mapping for it.

    There is none by default. Usually (in VS 2010) the shortcut is Ctrl-KC. This is not possible to assign yet, I requested this feature. For now I have Ctrl-K assigned as a workaround.
