Job will not run on some PCs

We have 3 licenses installed on 3 PCs.  Each PC has Windows 7 Professional 64-bit, Chrome and Internet Explorer 9.  We have jobs that will not run on one of the PCs.  I tried reinstalling TestComplete...didn't help.  I tried downloading the most current version and reinstalling....didn't help.  What should I try next?

    First of all, let us know what exact behavior you observe. Do you get an error when executing jobs? Then, post a screenshot of it here.
