Item 'FROM_DATE' needs to be item 'TO_DATE'

I know the easy answer is to recapture the screenshots but unfortunately the same issue seems to occur rather frequently so I need to find a way to fix this manually.  

The 'to date' input field is storing incorrectly in the TC script as 'FROM_DATE'. How do I manually fix this?
