Issues setting up TestComplete for Android mobile testing

Good day all,   I have successfully installed all required third party applications required to complete setup, but i am still unable to connect to the mobile device via USB.

Can you add some more details? What issues are you having? Have you set the device up for USB debugging?

Which third-party applications have you installed?
